Reelty ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to reelty.cloud and any services we provide.
Reelty is an independent web design and branding studio based in the United Kingdom, run by Rhys Evans. For any questions about this policy or your data, email hello@reelty.cloud.
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, company, project details — when you fill in our contact form or email us. We also collect limited anonymous usage data (pages visited, rough location, device type) via privacy-respecting analytics.
We use your contact details to respond to enquiries, scope projects, send proposals, and communicate during an engagement. We use anonymous analytics to improve the site and understand what's working.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We don't use it to train AI models.
Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interest for responding to your enquiries and operating our business. For any marketing communications (we rarely send them), we rely on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Enquiry emails are kept for 2 years unless they lead to active work, in which case client records are kept for 7 years after project completion (HMRC requirement). Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right, email hello@reelty.cloud.
We use a small number of cookies. Details are in our cookie policy.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and, where practical, let you know directly.
