These terms govern your use of reelty.cloud and any design, branding, or development services we provide. By engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. We'll always provide a separate, project-specific statement of work that sits on top of this document.
We provide web design, web development, branding, visual identity, art direction, and digital strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each individual project contract.
Project fees are agreed upfront and split into milestone payments — typically 50% on kickoff, balance on launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment accrues interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
On final payment, you own the final deliverables — your website, your brand assets, your visual identity. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we brought to the project, and you receive a perpetual licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and on social media, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Each project scope includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond that are billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted as separate add-ons, agreed in writing.
Either party can terminate a project for material breach, with 14 days' written notice to cure. If you terminate for convenience, you're responsible for fees for work completed plus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
We warrant that our work is original and doesn't knowingly infringe third-party rights. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the specific project in question. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Projects often involve third-party tools (hosting, CMS, analytics, fonts). Those services have their own terms — you enter into them directly, not through us. We're happy to recommend and set up, but we don't guarantee third-party uptime or conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
